Globalisation and skills for development in Rwanda and Tanzania

Abstract

This report is a result of a research project funded by DFID entitled Globalisation and Skills for Development in Rwanda and Tanzania: Implications for Education and Training Policy and Practice. This synthesis report compares and contrasts the research findings from Rwanda and Tanzania.

The overall aim of the study was to create a context-relevant knowledge base of the implications for education and training policy of globalisation in two low-income sub-Saharan African countries.
