The toolkit addresses various components of a public policy influence plan

Abstract

Under the Spaces for Engagement: using knowledge to improve public decisions programme, GDNet and CIPPEC have produced different types of resources addressing the link between research and policy, and aiming at building southern researcher's capacity to maximize their research uptake. The toolkit How to design a policy influence plan addresses various components of a public policy influence plan: what an influence plan is and why it is important; the policy making context; influence objectives, actors and alliances; strategies and communication; resources and timeline, among others.

No.5: Who should we work with. Define actors and alliances is also available in Spanish: Guía N°5 Con quiénes trabajar. Definir actores y alianza
