Abstract

The database includes preventive vaccines only—those intended for individuals who are not infected with HIV, for the purpose of preventing HIV infection or disease. Trials evaluating therapeutic effects of HIV vaccines in already infected people are not included. The database includes vaccines and trials produced and conducted around the world and is updated as new information becomes available.
