Abstract

This report was prepared by the Business Environment Reform Facility (BERF) in response to DFID Overseas Territories Department’s (OTD) request to undertake a review of the business environment (BE) in St Helena to identify key areas for reform, make recommendations to create a favourable investment climate and obtain stakeholder support for high priority reforms.

This research is part of the Business Environment for Economic Development programme.
