Is there a role for Information and Communications Technologies in rural schools and their communities?
Abstract
This paper suggests that we can neither afford to ignore the possibilities of new technologies for rural and poor schools, nor can we look away from the forces at play that threaten to further erode the agency and possibility of rural schools, and deepen the divide between affluent and non-affluent centres.
