Abstract

This report presents the findings of an Investment Climate Reform Scoping Mission carried out over the period 12 April to 28 April 2016 for the Business Environment Reform Facility (BERF). The report sets out a set of recommendations on how BERF could work with DFID Kenya and its development partners on Business Environment Reform (BER) issues.

This research is part of the Business Environment for Economic Development programme.
