Learning Achievement and the Cycle of Poverty across urban and rural districts in Ghana

Abstract

The purpose of this study was: To determine the level of performance in English and Mathematics in selected regions in Ghana; and To compare performances in English and Mathematics between deprived and non-deprived areas as well as between rural and urban areas in selected regions.
