Manual C. Urban Land Access: Options
Abstract
The target group for this manual is the leadership of organised groups of homeless in need of land for housing development. Manuals A and B gave a good understanding of the different steps to get land for residential development in South Africa. Manual C aims to show how to follow the steps in a different order to find a way to access land quicker. It also starts to look at what other strategies could be used to make land more affordable. This manual ends with some general advice on the process of accessing land.
