Abstract
Using a unique longitudinal dataset collected from primary school students in Pakistan, this paper documents 4 new facts about learning in low-income countries and discusses their implications for several ongoing debates in the literature on education from Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) by also introducing the concept of “fragile learning.
