Overview from Dr Helen Pankhurst (CARE USA Senior WASH Adviser; CARE UK Voices against Violence Campaign) at \"Making connections: Women, sanitation and health\" event. This event took place on 29th April 2013 and brought together representatives from the WASH, gender and health sectors to present and debate critical issues linking gender, sanitation and health including violence against women and girls, maternal health and menstrual hygiene.
