Abstract

At the request of the Malawi Roads Authority, the Africa Community Access Programme (AFCAP) has assisted the Authority in undertaking a project aimed at gaining official acceptance of appropriate low volume sealed roads (LVSR) standards to ensure their application on a wider scale. This is the final report on the project.
