Abstract

This is the largest and most significant representative nationwide survey on ethical consumption in Brazil, which the NGO Akatu conducts on a bi-annual basis. Akatu was a partner in the ESRC-DFID project and agreed to include 5 questions on ethical consumption and sustainable public procurement in the survey. This was the first time ever representative survey data was gathered in Brazil on citizens' attitudes to ethical consumption. The 98-page long report also includes the findings from the five questions the project inserted.
