Abstract
In this case study, the Parched Thirst model is used to investigate the reason for the low crop yields in Vidunda village and further demonstrate the effect of various soil conservation measures on crop yields, from which farmers could be advised of the best option to adopt in order to improve the maize yield and conserve soil and water.
