Quality of Family Planning Services in Malawi. What can exit interviews tell us?

Abstract

Exit interviews were conducted with 161 clients leaving one of 28 health facilities in 6 districts of Malawi. Information concerning experiences of receipt of the service, receipt of advice about contraceptive use and counselling was collected. The findings are briefly reported. In general satisfaction with the services provided was high.
