Abstract

Authors conducted a cross-sectional operational research study which assessed new smear-positive pulmonary TB cases diagnosed in Brazilian state capitals in 2013 using TB program records and the TB surveillance system.

This research was supported by the UK Department for International Development’s Operational Research Capacity Building Programme led by the International Union Against TB and Lung Disease (The Union)
