The study was framed around 3 sub-research questions:
- What are the lessons learned from civil society experience through their work to make national evaluation systems and processes country-led and inclusive for people with disabilities?
- What are the lessons from donor and international development agency experience in supporting country-led national evaluation systems and processes to be inclusive for people with disabilities?
- What insights (processes, approaches etc.) are identified as good practice in supporting CLE systems to be inclusive and supportive of people with disabilities by donors, CSOs and national stakeholders?
