Abstract

SEACAP 17 aims at identifying cost-effective methods of improving all-year access to the rural poor through low-cost locally resource based improvement of problematic lengths of road resulting in effective and sustainable rural access roads. This report presents the results of Module 3 - Operational Data Capture and Interpretation.
