Abstract

The Institute of Technology Cambodia (ITC) has been elaborating courses for undergraduate engineers on appropriate approaches to develop and maintain rural infrastructure. This document contains the material developed by SEACAP 2 specifically for this purpose, based on the research into rural road surfaces in Cambodia and Vietnam in recent years.
