Abstract
This series of two-page briefs highlights some of the new technologies and processes available, in order to inspire practitioners and policy-makers to put them to use. This one describes how in Ghana, researchers have used a range of new and improved post-harvest technologies to improve the quality of locally produced rice as part of the government's drive to cut rice imports.
