Abstract
This series of two-page briefs highlights some of the new technologies and processes available, in order to inspire practitioners and policy-makers to put them to use. This one describes how cassava-based products can be used in Ghana and Nigeria as alternatives to expensive imported raw materials to produce a wide range of products - from pastries to plywood.
