Abstract

This report represents the final report of NRSP research project R6621 (\"Strategies for improved soil and water conservation practices in hillside production systems in the Andean valleys of Bolivia\"), which aimed to develop and promote economically viable soil and water management practices as a means of increasing productivity and contributing to improved livelihoods. The report discusses the pre-conditions for successful adoption of improved soil and water conservation in the Andean valleys of Bolivia.
