Abstract

This paper was originally a collaboration with British International Investment. The aim was to study the challenges and solutions for a net zero portfolio target for development finance institutions (DFIs) like British International Investment. The paper was submitted to the Think20 (T20), the think tank of the G20. It was published as a T20 background paper to inform the discussions of the 2023 G20 summit in India.
