The DFID-Met Office Climate Science Research Partnership (CSRP): overview

Abstract

The African Climate Science Research Partnership (CSRP) between the UK government’s Department for International Development (DFID) and the Met Office Hadley Centre (MOHC) is working, in consultation with African stakeholders, to: improve understanding of the drivers of African climate variability and change, improve prediction on monthly-to-decadal timescales, develop climate monitoring and attribution systems and support use of climate science in Africa. This document collects together information on each of the outputs and activities of the programme.
