Abstract

This study draws on WASH data collected during the annual survey carried out in October 2013 from a sample of CLP households. The study aims to assess what impact the Programme has had on WASH practices and the sustainability of this impact. The study also compares October 2012 data with October 2013 data to understand what impact the change in Water and Sanitation policy had on the proportion of core participant households with access to a sanitary latrine and an improved water source.
