Validation and communication of a community-led mechanism for livelihood improvement of remote marginalized communities in Bolivia. Final Technical Report for project R8362.

Abstract

This document represents the final report of project R8362, 'Validation and communication of a community-led mechanism for livelihood improvement of remote communities in Bolivia'. The report describes project outputs and activities. Project findings highlight the crucial importance of considering the differential impact of technology promotion. Reaching the poorest was still difficult even with a CLM, and benefits were more marked for middle or upper strata of wealth categories, although all categories benefited to some extent. The systematisation of the CLM made target organisations and key stakeholders aware of its potential value
