We have now resolved the issues we have been experiencing this week with our online services.
Revised fees for bankruptcies and company insolvencies will come into force on 16 November 2015.
To enable more vulnerable people to access cheap debt relief, thresholds are being raised for Debt Relief Orders. The negative threat of being forced into bankruptcy is also being removed for those holding low level debts.
More help for people struggling with problem debt, a strengthened process to disqualify unfit company directors and changes to modernise and strengthen the insolvency regime are introduced on 1 October 2015.
