Student finance forms for courses starting before 1 January 2027
You can use this form finder to get the forms you need for student finance if all of the following are true:
- you’re studying in the UK
- you normally live in England
- your undergraduate course starts before 1 January 2027
This can include support such as:
- a Tuition Fee Loan to help pay your course tuition fees
- a Maintenance Loan to help with your living costs
If your course starts on or after 1 January 2027 and you’re getting Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) funding, do not use this form finder. Use your online account or contact Student Finance England (SFE).
Use the form finder to download forms and guidance notes, including:
- PN1, PR1 and PTMN for students who qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan and a Maintenance Loan (full support)
- EU26N for full-time students who qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan only (tuition fee only funding)
- EUPTL1 for part-time students who qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan only (tuition fee only funding)
- DSA1 for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA)

The forms are different for students from Scotland, students from Wales and students from Northern Ireland.
