Age Cymru Dyfed currently delivers services to older veterans throughout the counties of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, including:

  • veterans welfare, including visiting veterans homes to check on their wellbeing
  • veterans breakfast and social clubs
  • developing eLearning training for public and voluntary sector staff throughout the UK
  • information and advice
  • dementia advice
  • befriending
  • digital inclusion
  • home support services advocacy
  • social footcare clinics
  • help for carers
