About BuildForce

BuildForce offers services focused on pre-employment, employment, education and mental health.

Their pre-employment programme helps service leavers understand how their skills and experiences can be taken forward into a rewarding, challenging second career.

Their employment programme offers mentoring, work placements, site visits, insight days and job opportunities.

Their education programme is a partnership with The University College of Estate Management, offering bespoke industry modules that can provide certification and a place on a degree course for onward learning.

Their mental health programme provides well-being and stress management training and support.

Employment covers the construction, home-building, infrastructure, logistics, utilities, security, engineering and facilities management sectors.
