Career Transition Partnership

The Career Transition Partnership is the official provider of armed forces resettlement, supporting service leavers as they prepare for and make the transition from military to civilian life.

The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is a Ministry of Defence-sponsored programme that provides resettlement services to those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines, regardless of time served.

Support is provided from 2 years before discharge until 2 years after discharge.

From creating a CV to learning interview skills and researching or applying for jobs, they can offer support that can benefit service leavers not just in finding their first civilian job, but throughout their working lives.

They also operate as an intermediary service for employers wishing to hire service leavers and veterans. This is done through its jobsite, CTP RightJob, and a range of online and in-person employer events.
