Groundwork Greater Manchester's veterans programme, Operation Re-Org, supports the armed forces community across the North West of England with a variety of support, mainly in employment and financial management.

About Groundwork Greater Manchester

Groundwork Greater Manchester supports individuals and communities while making spaces greener and more resilient to the effects of climate change.

They have been supporting armed forces veterans in Greater Manchester since 2017, when they launched their Operation Re-Org programme to help veterans secure and sustain civilian employment.

Support on offer includes:

• employment support, either directly or through their supportive partners
• courses to help with managing debt and other financial issues
• prison-based employment initiatives to help veterans serving sentences learn new skills and secure an interview upon release
