Royal British Legion Scotland (Legion Scotland)

Legion Scotland is a membership organisation providing pension and advocacy advice to veterans, as well as a befriending service.

About Legion Scotland

Legion Scotland helps veterans of all ages across Scotland adapt to civilian life by providing community, friendship and practical advice. Membership is also open to family members and those who share the values and ethos of the Legion.

Legion Scotland are the custodians of Remembrance commemorations in Scotland. Their events team is responsible for the planning and delivery of national events, and they can actively support and provide advice to local events organised by Legion Scotland’s branches.

They can support veterans in applying for military pensions, while providing advocacy during any appeals processes.

They also support veterans in the community with a befriending service, as well as identifying other areas where signposting to appropriate agencies may increase wellbeing.

You do not have to be a Legion Scotland member to access the pensions and befriending service.
