Op FORTITUDE is the government-backed centralised referral pathway designed to support veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

About Op FORTITUDE

Op FORTITUDE works with individual veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness, supporting them either into suitable accommodation or supporting them to maintain their current home.

Referrals can be made directly from veterans.

They also accept referrals from a range of sources, including:

  • the public
  • the homelessness sector
  • the veteran charity sector
  • local authorities
  • the HM Prison and Probation Service
  • Defence Transition Services
