Op PROSPER is a government-backed employment scheme for veterans and their families, designed to ensure equal access to employment opportunities for ex-service personnel across the UK.
Op PROSPER is an employment-support initiative for veterans of the UK armed forces and their families.
Delivered by the Forces Employment Charity and Mission Community, it provides specialist support and tailored pathways for veterans into positions of employment across a number of sectors.
The initiative also helps to make the business community more ‘veteran friendly’ while connecting employers with veterans and supporting their recruitment, retention and progression into fulfilling civilian careers.
Qualifications, training and skills development are also available to veterans and their families from a range of community-based providers.
