About Stepway

Based in Worcestershire, Stepway is a charity dedicated to supporting veterans and their families as they transition to civilian life. The organisation provides a range of services, including a civilian skills programme, welfare support, mental health and wellbeing activities, along with employment guidance.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to access support, and veterans from any service background are welcome. The charity also runs activities at the LINK Community Hub, creating a safe, inclusive space for the wider community.

With a focus on empowering individuals, Stepway bridges the gap between military and civilian life, fostering independence, community connections and personal growth.
