The Icarus Charity is a dedicated veterans’ mental health charity that provides essential mental healthcare and support to veterans and their families in a convenient and confidential online format.

They offer a range of conventional and complimentary therapies that recognise and respect the unique needs, experiences and challenges faced by veterans and their families, ensuring they feel understood, valued and supported.

They also provide mentor support, guidance and empathy from people with lived experience of military service and/or mental health challenges. They collaborate with other organisations working within the veteran and military community to enhance access to care and other support services.

They welcome self-referrals and referrals or signposting from other organisations.
