The Poppy Factory is a charity that provides employment support to veterans and their families.

The Poppy Factory provides one-to-one support to veterans and their families through specialist employment consultants.

For veterans, they can offer support such as:

• advice on job opportunities that match skills and goals
• support with CVs, job application forms and preparing for interviews
• help applying for training or qualifications grants (for those registered for employment support)
• regular contact with veterans after moving into employment
• working with veterans and their employers to overcome barriers and find solutions
• joint working with partner organisations to ensure veterans have consistent support

The Poppy Factory does not directly fund courses or training.

For families, their Families Employment Service offers employment support to adult family members who support or care for veterans with health conditions.
