The White Ensign Association provides guidance and support to all serving and former members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, Reserves and family members on employment, resettlement, pensions, compensation and welfare matters.

The White Ensign Association offers support to eligible veterans and their families, including:

  • webinars and one-to-one sessions with an employment consultant
  • access to interview skills and CV-writing advice
  • networking support and introductions to hundreds of partner companies looking to employ service leavers and veterans
• free and independent support from specialist consultants on armed forces pension and compensation schemes
• debt counselling and financial guidance from a panel of professional advisers
