Getting to the embassy
Our office is located on Wismari 6, not far from the National Library (Rahvusraamatukogu) and Kaarli church (Kaarli kirik). Find us on the map
By taxi
Tallinn has thousands of taxis. Taxis can be ordered by the phone or hailed on the street. The average starting fee is from 2 to 3 EUR, and price for 1 km is from 0,50 to 1 EUR.
By public transport

Bus, trolley and tram tickets can be purchased at R-Kiosk or supermarket newsstands (green card where to upload money for purchasing tickets) or paper tickets from the driver.
There are also hourly and daily tickets available (can only be purchased when having a green card and uploading money to it, the instructions are available in the public transportation). There are special electronic devices (located at the first and second door of the vehicle) available in each bus, to validate such tickets.
Ticket must be validated right after entering the bus, trolley or tram and kept till the end of journey.
Parking
We are sorry but there is no public parking space at the embassy.
The nearest available parking is on the corner of Wismari and Toompuiestee - please note, that this is a paid parking area.
Security
Due to the global threat currently posed by terrorism, and the targeting of embassies, we do our utmost to ensure a safe and secure environment for your visit.
Please co-operate with the security team as they conduct their checks and controls, each of which should take only a few minutes. The security measures in place are for the benefit of all visitors and staff.
Visitors to our office will have to go through the security checkpoint at the entrance. Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed into the building.
