Customs declarations

You must complete a customs declaration if you’re sending a parcel. Write clearly and stick it to the outside of your post so it’s easy to read.

You must use either:

• form CN22 for contents worth up to £270
• form CN23 for contents worth more than £270

If you’re a business, you must add a commodity code (also known as Harmonised Systems Code) to the customs form. Check which code you need.
