Call for evidence description

We want to know what you think about our ideas to ensure the future waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) system supports the circular economy and drives higher treatment standards, including critical mineral recovery. It should also ensure that producers pay the full net costs of recovering the products they place on the market when they become waste.

We have also published a consultation on proposals to increase levels of WEEE reuse and recycling.
