Affordable Homes Programme 2015 to 2018: guidance and allocations
The 2015 to 2018 Affordable Homes Programme aims to increase the supply of new affordable homes in England by March 2018.
Continuous market engagement
Bidding for the 2015 to 2018 Affordable Homes Programme closed on 25 November 2015. In order to maintain a pipeline of delivery in the lead up to the launch of the new 2016 to 2021 Shared Ownership Affordable Homes Programme, a process of continuous market engagement (CME) continued to operate for shared ownership bids only.
With the launch of the new 2016 to 2021 Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme, the current CME process was closed on 31 March 2016.
For providers who have an existing AHP 2015 to 2018 delivery contract with the HCA, it will be possible to continue to put forward proposals for nil grant Affordable Rent schemes through IMS over this period.
