Commons registration: application forms

Application forms relating to Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006.

These bring together the forms required to amend the registers of common land and town and village greens.

The types of amendments which can be made fall into three categories:

• new events
• anomalies and mistakes
• historic events.

Any future events affecting the registers will only be effective in law when they have been recorded in the register. Further advice can be found about common land management and registration.
