Please note that Forecasts for the UK economy is a summary of published material reflecting the views of the forecasting organisations themselves and does not in any way provide new information on the Treasury’s own views. It contains only a selection of forecasters, which is subject to review.

No significance should be attached to the inclusion or exclusion of any particular forecasting organisation. HM Treasury accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of material published in this comparison.

Forecasts for the UK economy is published on the third Wednesday of every month.

In line with Cabinet Office guidance and the precedent from previous elections, we will not be publishing the Forecasts for the UK Economy during the pre-election period. Therefore, the June edition will be published after the General Election on the 4th of July. We will confirm the precise date after the 4th of July.

The July edition, as it is scheduled to come out after the election, will commence as usual, being published on the 17th of July.
