Reports on implementation of the Law Commission proposals
The Law Commission Act 2009, includes a number of provisions which are aimed at increasing the implementation of Law Commission proposals. One of these provisions places a duty on the Lord Chancellor to report to Parliament each year on the extent to which Law Commission proposals have been implemented by the government during that year.
