The Law Commission Act 2009 includes a number of provisions which are aimed at increasing the implementation of Law Commission proposals by the government. This report was written to set out implementation progress over the period 12 January 2015 to 11 January 2016, but it has also subsequently been updated to reflect further progress between January 2016 and the publication date of January 2017.
