Permanent Secretaries' objectives

The objectives for all Permanent Secretaries, as well as those for the Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service, published from 2012.

As part of the Civil Service Reform plan all Permanent Secretaries including the Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service, have published their yearly objectives.

These have been agreed in advance with Ministers and the Prime Minister and are be updated periodically, including when Ministers or the Permanent Secretaries change.

In September 2015 these objectives included diversity and inclusion and social mobility objectives for the first time.
