Public Services Network (PSN) obligations for connectivity services
These documents place governance and service management obligations on all PSN connectivity services. They are part of the November 2015 release of the PSN obligations.
Connectivity services include the three kinds of PSN network service (GCNSPs, DNSPs and other PSN networks) as well as certain other important services. The obligations let connectivity service providers work together, respond quickly and share relevant information with one another - even across contractual boundaries - to help all public sector end-users resolve any operational issues that arise.
These documents are part of the November 2015 release of the PSN obligations.
With the exception of a small number of typographic corrections, these obligations are unchanged from those that were published in the Code of Interconnection Annex A v1.2 in May 2015.
