Public Services Network (PSN) obligations for Government Conveyancing Network (GCN) services
These documents place obligations on all GCN services. They are part of the November 2015 release of the PSN obligations.
GCN service providers have signed the Deed of Undertakings (DoU) which commits them to providing a GCN service. The DoU references the PSN technical interoperability obligations and the broader service obligations that apply to all network service providers, including the GCN. On this page we provide a copy of the DoU itself and the specific GCN obligations for the provision of management information on incidents, problems, trend analysis, service deployments and financial data.
The Deed of Undertakings is unchanged from the version signed by GCN service providers in May 2012.
The management information obligations are unchanged from those that were published in the Code of Interconnection Annex A v1.2 in May 2015.
