RFCAs: find out more about the RFCA in your region
The RFCA is comprised of 13 individual associations which cover the United Kingdom and they deliver support to the MOD and single services at a local level.
Placement of each regional RFCA is largely comparable with regional government boundaries which enables them to deliver support to the MOD and single services at a local level.
RFCA’s work across three core themes:
- support to the cadet experience
- employer and community engagement
- managing the Reserve Estate.
These three pillars underpin the RFCAs overall support to the Reserve Forces and ultimately to the UK’s defence capability.
